ValidateCV was built for one reason: most great candidates never make it past the first, automated step of hiring. Applicant Tracking Systems reject the majority of resumes before a human recruiter ever sees them, often over fixable formatting and keyword issues.

We built a privacy-first ATS simulator so Australian job seekers can test their resume against the same logic hiring bots use, fix the gaps, and apply with confidence — without handing personal data to a third-party server.

Every scan runs with on-device PII redaction. We never see, and never store, your resume or job application details.
