ValidateCV uses AI to help simulate how Applicant Tracking Systems evaluate resumes. We apply the following principles to keep that process trustworthy and privacy-safe.
PII redaction before AI processing
Personally identifiable information is removed on your device before any content reaches an AI model, so identity data is never part of an AI request.
Advisory, not automated decisions
ValidateCV produces a compatibility score and suggestions to help you improve your resume. It does not make hiring decisions and is not connected to any employer’s ATS.
Transparency about limitations
Our ATS simulator approximates common parsing and scoring behaviour. Results are directional guidance, not a guarantee of how any specific employer’s system will score your resume.
No training on your content
Content you submit is used only to generate your results for that session and is not used to train underlying AI models.
