Local-first processing
When you upload a resume or job description, personally identifiable information (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses) is detected and redacted on your device before any content is sent for AI analysis.
No server-side storage
ValidateCV does not save your resume, job description, or redacted content to our servers or databases. Data used for a scan exists only for the duration of that session.
Third-party AI processing
Redacted, PII-free content may be sent to AI providers solely to generate your compatibility score and recommendations. No personal identifiers are included in this content.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site. This data is not linked to your resume content.
Your rights
Because we do not retain your resume or job description data, there is nothing to request deletion of after your session ends. For any privacy questions, contact us directly.
